Recipe for Health: The Modern Paleo Diet and How to Get Started
Posted by: admin / Category: caveman diet, hunter gatherer diet, paleo diet, paleo diet info
Fundamentally, the Paleo Diet avoids modern processed and commercially created pseudo-foods, and replaces them, as accurately as possible, with foods our Paleozoic or hunter-gatherer ancestors could have eaten.
To switch your eating habits to this primitive, clean system, you’re going to have to stock your kitchen (and throw out the prohibited items in your pantry). So, first off, we need a comprehensive paleo diet provisions list. Consider it a shopping list unless you have many of these items on hand.
See what you can find locally or shop online and have it delivered to your door.

Unfortunately, you’re going to have to search the market shelves for paleo compatible products. Even natural foods markets are filled with processed foods, especially grain products. Ordering dried, canned and frozen products from online vendors is an option if you can’t find paleo friendly products in your area. Saves you the time of driving from store to store too.
Fortunately, the extra energy you’ll gain from cleaning up your diet will help you keep up the search for paleo diet friendly items.
Don’t be afraid to try some new foods – the tasty, healthy foods that will feed your body what it’s made to eat.
